● Returns and Refunds

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return Pickup Attempts:
    • Pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of request.
    • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
    • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

● Refund Process

  • For COD Orders:
    • Refunds will be processed to your Westtera Wallet within 7 working days after the return pickup is completed.
    • Wallet balance can be tracked via your account on our website.
  • For Prepaid Orders:
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days after the return pickup is completed.

● Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
  • Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
  • Box is required; without the box, it will not qualify for a refund.

● Refunds for Free Product Deals

Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or refunds.


● Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

● Shipping Instructions

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

● Reimbursement

  • For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your Westtera Wallet.

Note: Avoid using unreliable couriers. We recommend Speed Post for reliable service.


● Terms and Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. Westtera is not liable for errors in the provided details.
  • If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.
